Narrator: "Horace Horsecollar was enjoying his work in the vicarage orchard. Birds were singing, and apples were ripening on the trees. It was a lovely day."
Pinkie Pie: "Hello, Horace."
Narrator: "Said Pinkie Pie.
Pinkie Pie: "You look as bright and cheerful as my pink hair."
Horace Horsecollar: "Oh, I am."
Narrator: "Replied Horace Horsecollar."
Pinkie Pie: "What's that noise?"
Horace Horsecollar: "It's the bees.
Narrator: "Laughed Horace Horsecollar."
Horace Horsecollar: "They're all in these boxy things called beehives. I'm taking them to the station. Bert says his bees make good honey, and he's giving some of them to his friends."
Narrator: "Just then, Bagheera the Panther hummed in."
Bagheera: "Take care, you two. Don't make the bees angry. They might sting you."
Narrator: "Pinkie Pie didn't like being told what to do by a panther, and she buzzed away."
Bagheera: "Goodbye, Horace Horsecollar."
Narrator: "Called Bagheera, and set off to see Mickey Mouse at the next station.
Twiddle Dum and Twiddle Dee, the twins, were busy arranging pirates, but they scampered off when they saw Bagheera."
Bagheera: "I remember the first time I met those two."
Narrator: "Laughed Bagheera."
Bagheera: "They nearly made my eyes pop out. Twilight Sparkle soon put a stop to their games."
Mickey Mouse: "Twilight Sparkle is the only one who can keep Twiddle Dum and Twiddle Dee in order."
Narrator: "Agreed Mickey Mouse."
Mickey Mouse: "I sometimes call them 'The Bees'."
Bagheera: "A good name."
Narrator: "Replied Bagheera."
Bagheera: "They're terrors when they start buzzing around."
Narrator: "Pinkie Pie bustled in."
Pinkie Pie: "What's that, Mickey? Are you afraid of bees? They're only insects, after all, so don't let that buzzbox panther tell you different."
Mickey Mouse: "His name is Bagheera, and he didn't. We..."
Pinkie Pie: "I wouldn't care if hundreds were swarming around. I'd just blow at them and make them buzz off."
Mickey Mouse: "Buzz buzz buzz."
Narrator: "Retorted Mickey.
The next morning, Pinkie Pie arrived at the station to collect her flowers. The passengers were excited, and keen to get on board. The platform was crowded, and the porter was in a hurry."
Porter: "Mind your backs."
Narrator: "He shouted.
Then, there was trouble. The beehive fell and broke open.
The station cleared like magic.
Pinkie Pie heard a familiar buzzing. The bees were too cold to be cross, so they buzzed around human Pinkie Pie, hoping she'd mend their hive, but she didn't understand, so the bees turned to Pinkie Pie. Her coat was nice and warm."
Pinkie Pie: "Buzz off! Buzz off!"
Narrator: "Hissed Pinkie Pie.
One bee burnt his foot."
Bee: "Ooh, aah, aah, ow, oh!"
Narrator: "The bee thought Pinkie Pie burnt him on purpose.
So it stung Pinkie Pie right back on the nose."
Pinkie Pie: "EEEE!"
Narrator: "Whistled Pinkie Pie. She had had enough. So had human Pinkie Pie.
They didn't notice till' too late that they had left all of their flowers behind. They tried everything to get rid of the bees.
First, they spun around on the turntable, but to no avail.
They tried washing them off, but the bees clung harder to Pinkie Pie's warm coat.
Then they tried smoking them off by going through a long tunnel, but still, the bees wouldn't go away.
Human Pinkie Pie: "It's no good, Pinkie Pie."
Narrator: "Said Human Pinkie Pie."
Human Pinkie Pie: "We'll just have to go back to the orchard, and fetch another hive."
Narrator: "Pinkie Pie's reply was drowned by the sound of buzzing.
Bert was waiting anxiously for Pinkie Pie.
When she arrived, the bees swarmed straight into their new home."
Human Pinkie Pie: "Come on, Pinkie Pie."
Narrator: "Said Human Pinkie Pie."
Human Pinkie Pie: "What you need now is a good hose-down."
Narrator: "Later that day, Pinkie Pie was resting in the farmhouse, when Bert came to see her."
Bert: "Thank you for saving my bees."
Narrator: "He said."
Bert: "It's a pity it's not Christmas; then we could call you Pinkie Pie the red-nosed reinpony!"
Narrator: "Everyone laughed, even Pinkie Pie. But instead, they decided to call Pinkie Pie "The Bees' Knees, which means they thought she was more useful than ever."
