Apple Bloom and Pongo, retitled Apple Bloom Gets Tricked for American audiences, is the first episode of Apple Bloom the Cutie Mark Crusader and Friends. It is a parody of the Thomas & Friends episode Thomas & Gordon/Thomas Gets Tricked.

Transcript
Narrator: "Apple Bloom is a Yellow Pony who lives in a big house on Equestria. She's a cheeky little pony with a red tail, a pair of pink hair bows, a red hair, and four yellow hooves.
She's a fussy little pony, too, always bringing flowers about ready for the bigger Characters to take on long journeys.
And when characters come in, she brings the flowers back home so that the bigger characters can go and rest.
Apple Bloom thinks no character works as hard as she does. She loves playing tricks on them, including Pongo, the biggest and proudest dalmatians of them all.
Apple Bloom likes whistling rudely at him."
Apple Bloom: "Wake up, Lazy Bones, why don't you work hard, like me?"
Narrator: "One day, after taking some flowers on a Journey, Pongo arrived back at the sidings, very tired. He was just going to sleep when Apple Bloom came up in her cheeky way."
Apple Bloom: "Wake up, Lazy Bones, do some hard work for a change! You can't catch me!"
Narrator: "And off she ran, laughing.
Instead of going to sleep again, Pongo thought how he could get back at Apple Bloom.
One morning, Apple Bloom wouldn't wake up. Her animator couldn't make her start. Her stamina was low and there was not enough strength. It was nearly time for the express. People were waiting, but the flowers weren't ready.
At last, Apple Bloom started."
Apple Bloom: "Oh dear, oh dear!"
Narrator: "She yawned.
She fussed into the station where Pongo was waiting."
Pongo: "Hurry up, you."
Narrator: "Said Pongo."
Apple Bloom: "Hurry yourself!"
Narrator: "Replied Apple Bloom.
Pongo Began Making his plan."
Pongo: "Yes."
Narrator: "Said Pongo."
Pongo: "I will."
Narrator: "And almost before the flowers stopped moving, Pongo reversed quickly and held the first flower's petal."
Pongo: "Get in quickly, please."
Narrator: "He whistled.
Apple Bloom usually pushed behind the flowers to help them star, but the always let go of her first. This time, Pongo started so quickly, the forgot to let go of Apple Bloom. Pongo's chance had come.
Pongo: "Come on, come on!"
Narrator: "Puffed Pongo to the Flowers.
The line went faster and faster, too fast for Apple Bloom. She wanted to stop, but she couldn't!"
Apple Bloom: "Hey, hey, stop, stop!"
Pongo: "Hurry, hurry, hurry!"
Laughed Pongo.
Flowers: "You can't get away, you can't get away!"
Narrator: "Laughed the Flowers.
Poor Apple Bloom was going faster than she had ever gone before. She was out of breath, and her hooves hurt him, but she had to go on."
Apple Bloom: "I shall never be the same again."
Narrator: "She thought sadly."
Apple Bloom: "My hooves will be quite worn out."
Narrator: "At last, they stopped at a station.
Apple Bloom let go, and she felt very silly and exhausted.
Next, she sat on a turntable, thinking of everyone laughing at her.
And then she ran onto a siding, out of the way."
Pongo: "Well, little Apple Bloom."
Narrator: "Chuckled Pongo."
Pongo: "Now you know what hard work means, don't you?"
Narrator: "Poor Apple Bloom couldn't answer. She had no breath. She just puffed slowly away to rest, and had a long, long drink.
She went home very slowly, and was careful afterwards never to be cheeky to Pongo again."
